Music has always been a part of my life.

For many years I have carried melodies, words and musical ideas within me, and now more and more of them are finally finding their way out into the world.

During 2026 I have released several new songs on Spotify under the artist name Helena Magdalena. The music moves between healing songs, spiritual music, Nordic and ancestral sounds, mantras, singer-songwriter and more personal songs about life, love, strength and transformation.

​

Some of the new releases include Ancient Mother, Healing Light, Healing Flow, Jag är ljus, Lead Me Home, Temple Night in Delfi, Ancient Road, Where the Ancient Rivers Run, Shine Just As You Are and Whispers of Light.

​

I am also creating a new collection of Sacred Mantras, inspired by the meditative power of repetition, breath and sound.

​

For me, music is another way of sharing what I have always worked with — healing, inner growth, spirituality, emotions, memories and the deeper movements of life.

​

Some songs are soft and meditative. Others are more powerful, Nordic, emotional or filled with rhythm and energy. They are different expressions, but they all come from the same place within me.

It makes me so happy to see that the music is now finding listeners in different parts of the world, and that several songs are being saved, added to playlists and listened to again and again.
